This is one of the most important aspects to get correct. Most, if not all buyers will look at the marketing material to decide if they want to view. Pricing
The goal is to achieve as much interest as possible. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach. We tailor each strategy to suit the vendor’s requirements. It is vital to keep expectations realistic within the current market conditions. If a price is too high, it will not generate suitable interest. Therefore, it’s important to get it right the first time.
Viewings
We prefer to accompany all of our viewings. The reason for this is simple, it’s a perfect time to build rapport. One-on-one with the buyers gives us invaluable information and ensures we choose the most suitable buyer. We minimise the chance of a sale falling through by making sure the buyer is fully committed and the funds available to complete the purchase.

Establishing the buyers’ commitment to the purchase cannot be underestimated. We do everything we can to minimise the risk of a sale falling through.

Sales progression can be broken down into two main areas; mortgage application and solicitor conveyancing. We ensure that everybody is kept in the loop. We chase mortgage advisors and solicitors, helping to minimise the time frame and getting to completion as soon as possible.
