Bradley Taylor

I have spent almost my whole career as an estate agent. My first full-time job was as a trainee negotiator. I have spent the last 20 years working in all positions; from trainee negotiator to national sales manager. I have worked for corporate, independent agents, high street and online.

I enjoy this job because I like to help people and I like the variety of challenges. It’s a very busy, varying and rewarding job. 

Running my own agency is by far the best decision I have made. 

In my spare time I play darts at Vernons Cricket Club, Penwortham. We also enjoy country walks and eating out. 

Kirsty Taylor

I have always enjoyed helping people and that’s exactly what the estate agency sector needs.  

I have a wealth of experience working within customer-focused and administrative roles in large organisations.  These skills gave me a perfect foundation for managing the day-to-day tasks of the business. 

 We launched the company in 2018 and over the last 5 years, I’ve enjoyed learning about the different roles within the estate agency business and incorporating these within my position. 

I’m currently studying towards my Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with our 3 children, reading and walking.
